Shipping & Delivery

The delivery service is provided by Colissimo and UPS for France and the World.


For all shipments in France, Monaco and Andorra via Colissimo, free delivery is offered and insured.

For delivery in France via Point Relais :

- From 0 to 5 Kg the delivery is 10 euros.
- From 5 to 15 Kg the delivery is 20 euros.

For shipments in France by Express Delivery:

- From 0 to 5 Kg the delivery is 30 euros.
- From 5 to 15 Kg the delivery is 50 euros.

For shipments to the UK, delivery is 15 euros.

France: 2 to 3 working days depending on your region.
European Union: 5 to 7 working days depending on your country.


- For shipments to the United Kingdom, delivery starts at 25 euros.
- For shipments to the United States, delivery starts at 45 euros.
- For shipments to Mexico, delivery starts at 50 euros.
- For shipments to Russia, delivery starts at 40 euros.
- For shipments to China, delivery starts at 95 euros.
- For shipments to Hong Kong, delivery starts at 85 euros

International: 5 to 10 working days depending on your country.

If you wish to track the delivery of your order, go to "my account", then "orders". For deliveries by Colissimo or UPS, an e-mail or SMS will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched, giving you a delivery tracking number.

Log in to your customer area and click on "orders". You will then be able to check the status of your order.

In process: the order has been validated and is being prepared.

Completed: the order has been shipped to the desired delivery address.

Waiting: the payment of the order has not been finalised, a Customer Service Advisor will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.

Cancelled: the order has been cancelled by you or due to the possible unavailability of the article. It is also possible that the payment of your order has not been validated by your bank.

You can also track your order directly via the shipping platform using the tracking number.

If, after checking your order history, the status of your order is indicated as Completed, this means that the order has been shipped. You will have to wait for the average delivery time depending on the region of the world where the shipping address is located. 

If after this time you have not received your order, we invite you to visit the sender's website with the tracking number found in the order confirmation email you received with your purchase. It may take a little longer than expected. 

If the order is marked as Delivered by Shipper, your package may have been left with your guardian or a third party.

If you have not received your parcel after completing the above checks, your parcel may have been lost. In this case, please contact our Customer Service at Don't panic, together we will find the right solution for you. 

We may cancel the order and issue a full refund or return your order while stocks last.

Some of our products are available for pre-order. This option will be indicated on the page of the product you are interested in. 

Just like a normal order, all you have to do is select the product in your basket and confirm your payment. 

The time between the moment of the pre-order and the shipment to the delivery address is about 8 weeks. 

After validating the contents of your basket, you can select the "Gift" option before making the payment. After selecting the option, you will have the possibility to insert a short personalised text which will then be handwritten in our workshops and slipped into the parcel before shipping.

Good to know: your items will be grouped together in a single gift bag.
