The health and well-being of our employees is a top priority for us. In response to the global epidemic of COVID-19, we encourage our employees to telecommute whenever possible. Hydro-alcohol gel and surgical masks are available in our showroom and offices. Social distancing is respected between employees and the premises are cleaned every day to disinfect strategic places of contamination (door handles, tables etc). 

We follow the guidelines of the governments and health authorities of the countries in which we operate. We take all necessary precautionary measures to contain the spread of COVID-19; therefore, you will find hydroalcoholic gel (obviously set with crystals) at your disposal in our various physical shops, where wearing a mask is mandatory. Our offices and shops are disinfected daily in accordance with current sanitary requirements.

During this particular period, all our online products are available for sale while stocks last. Delivery remains functional in all regions of the world. Only delivery times may be extended depending on the health situation in the country to which you wish to be delivered.

At ON AURA TOUT VU, the health and well-being of our employees and their families is of the utmost importance. As a precautionary measure, our workshops currently operate with a reduced number of employees. This will have no impact on the preparation, delivery and repair of your orders.

We are working with carriers to prevent the spread of COVID-19; in line with the World Health Organization's recommendations, carriers have temporarily suspended the mandatory signature upon receipt of the package, which reinforces the precautionary measures at the time of home delivery. As a result, you will temporarily no longer be required to sign for your package in person upon receipt.
