By subscribing to the ON AURA TOUT VU newsletter, you will be among the first to be informed of the latest news, upcoming events and offers from the House.

To do this, you just need to send us your e-mail address via the window that appears on your screen when you first visit our site. Alternatively, you can send us your e-mail address in the Newsletter box at the bottom of the home page. 

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, click on the hyperlink at the bottom of each ON AURA TOUT VU newsletter. 

ON AURA TOUT VU does not sell tickets for its fashion shows. The selection of people invited to the fashion shows is made by the press department located at the Paris headquarters.

However, you can view our fashion shows by going to the "Couture" section of the site.

In order to know the availability of an article, choose the article you are interested in on our website and go to the product page of the article. The availability of the article will be announced in the top right-hand corner: "In stock" or "Out of stock".

Some out-of-stock items will then be available for pre-order. You can then proceed to purchase the product in the traditional way. Please note that pre-ordering will take longer to deliver. 

If your size is unavailable, even for pre-orders, please let us know via the following address: customerservice@onauratoutvu.com. 

Some of the items sold on the website are also available for sale in our pop-up store in Paros, Greece, which is open every year during the summer season only. If you would like to visit, please contact us in advance via the shop number: +30 694 6775278.

You will find a list of our other partner shops on the website under the heading "Shops".

To find a specific product on our site, you can use the search tool via the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the screen. Simply enter keywords (jewellery category, colour, material) or the product name if you already know it. 

You can also go through the different boxes on our homepage or click on the categories "Women", "Men" and "Genderless" in the main menu.

If you have seen one of our products in the press, you can find it by going to the "Celebrities" category in the main menu.

You can create your personal space on the site by clicking on the character icon at the top right of the screen. Then click on "Register" and fill in the mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on the "Register" button. A first password will be sent to the email address you provided.

You can therefore enter your e-mail address and password in "Connection" and then click on the "Identification" button. You can check the "Remember me" box to avoid being unexpectedly disconnected from your personal space.

After this initial login, you can change the default password at any time in "Account Details". Simply enter your old password and the one you have chosen and click on "Save changes".

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when you created your account.

The creation of a personal space will allow you to follow your orders more easily and to benefit from exclusive offers.

Creating an account on www.onauratoutvu.com allows you to be quickly identified by the House when shopping on the online shop. You can also consult the history of your orders, follow the routing of your orders, exchange or return items.

For your security, onauratoutvu.com does not store your credit card information and will not share your personal information under any circumstances.

You can edit your account information at any time by logging into your personal area. 

To change the billing address or shipping address associated with your account, click on "Addresses" and then "Edit" at the top right of each specific address. 

To change your personal information or your password, click on "Account details" and modify your information in the corresponding text fields, then confirm your changes by clicking on "Save changes".

To delete your personal space, send a deletion request via customerservice@onauratoutvu.com. Please note that the deletion of your account will be irreversible until a new one is created. Orders in progress on the previous account will be automatically cancelled.

If you have lost your password, go to the character icon at the top right of the screen. Simply enter your email address in the text bar and click on "Forgot your password?" under the "Identification" button.

An email will be sent to you with a link to change your forgotten password.

To place an order, add an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "order" button on the selected item's page. Please indicate the desired size and quantity if necessary.

The shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen will display the number of items you have selected. You can continue shopping and the items in your basket will be reserved for you for the duration of your order.

If it is a gift, you can select the gift option when you place your order. You can then add a short personalised text to the package and it will be specially wrapped.

Once you have selected all your items, finalise your order by clicking on the basket icon, then on "view my basket". You can still modify the contents of the basket.

You will then be able to validate your basket and select a delivery method before proceeding to payment. You will be asked to fill in your delivery and billing address by choosing one of these two options: sign in (if you already have an account) or create an account (if you are ordering for the first time onauratoutvu.com).

Choose and fill in your payment method to finalise the order. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

When your order is shipped, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

To modify an order in progress, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via customerservice@onauratoutvu.com. Your order can be modified until it is dispatched. You can cancel a current order before it is dispatched by going to your personal space and then to "Orders". You can then select the "Cancel" button.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the question "How do I return, exchange or get a refund for my order?" in the FAQ. You can also select "Returns" in the footer menu.

You can consult your order history from your personal space. Log in to your account and access the "Orders" section.

Following the validation of your order, the preparation will be done within 3 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Each order is prepared in-house. Guarantees, certificates of authentication and return forms will be included in your package.

The delivery service of www.onauratoutvu.com is provided by Colissimo and UPS for France and the World. For France and Europe, delivery is included. 

The CB payment methods available on the site are Visa©, Mastercard©, American Express© and Apple Pay©. 

If you wish to track the delivery of your order, go to your personal space, then "orders". At the time of purchase, an e-mail or SMS will be sent to you to confirm your order. A second e-mail will be sent to you when your package is shipped, giving you a delivery tracking number.

The invoice for your order can be found in the order confirmation email that you received following your purchase.

The delivery service www.onauratoutvu.com is provided by Colissimo and UPS for France and the World.

For all shipments to France or the European Community via Colissimo, delivery is included.

Transactions made on the onauratoutvu.com website are secure. An encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment data. Furthermore, onauratoutvu.com commits to not keeping any of your credit card details. Finally, we reinforce the security of payments thanks to the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that are equipped with it. An additional step takes place at the time of payment, allowing us to verify the identity of the cardholder and to validate the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication. If you have any questions about your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.

In case of doubt, you can be assisted during your order by phone by contacting our Customer Service from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:00 UTC+01:00 at the following number: +33 (0)1 40 41 07 30.

Your bank account will be debited when your package is shipped. You will then receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order with its tracking number. 

Log in to your customer area and click on "orders". You will then be able to check the status of your order.

In process: the order has been validated and is being prepared.

Completed: The order has been sent to the desired delivery address. You can track your order using the tracking number.

Waiting: the payment of the order has not been finalised, a Customer Service Advisor will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.

Cancelled: the order has been cancelled by you or due to the possible unavailability of the article. It is also possible that the payment of your order has not been validated by your bank.

If, after checking your order history, the status of your order is indicated as Completed, this means that the order has been shipped. You will have to wait for the average delivery time depending on the region of the world where the shipping address is located. 

If after this time you have not received your order, we invite you to visit the sender's website with the tracking number found in the order confirmation email you received with your purchase. It may take a little longer than expected. 

If the order is marked as Delivered by Shipper, your package may have been left with your guardian or a third party.

If you have not received your parcel after completing the above checks, your parcel may have been lost. In this case, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@onauratoutvu.com. Don't panic, together we will find the right solution for you. 

We may cancel the order and issue a full refund or return your order while stocks last.

Some of our products are available for pre-order. This option will be indicated on the page of the product you are interested in. 

Just like a normal order, all you have to do is select the product in your basket and confirm your payment. 

The time between the moment of the pre-order and the shipment to the delivery address is about 8 weeks. 

You have the possibility to return any product ordered on the onauratoutvu. com website within 30 days following the date of delivery of the package. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice. The return is valid only if the product is defective or if there is a size error. The price tag must not be removed if you wish to obtain a refund. In order to send us your request, please send your order number and the subject of your dispute to the following address: customerservice@onauratoutvu.com. Any purchase made in our online shop cannot be exchanged or refunded in our physical shops or at one of our retailers.

In case of lack of conformity, manufacturing or material defects, all ON AURA TOUT VU products benefit from a one-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. Any part under warranty found to be defective will be repaired within the limits of the initial raw materials available.

This warranty does not cover any product that is defective as a result of deterioration, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident, according to EVERYTHING SEEN. The warranty and all associated services are the sole and exclusive remedy to the consumer. However, the mandatory legal rights of the consumer under the applicable national legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.

A repair service is available for certain damages not covered by warranty conditions. Out of warranty, this service is offered on request and is not free of charge. The cost of repairs is estimated by us according to the extent of the damage. These costs are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that in some cases, the repair will not be possible:

- If it is impossible to restore the part to its original condition,

- If identical or similar spare parts required for the repair are not available,

- If the product has been misused or repaired outside our workshops.

To use our repair service, please return the damaged item in its original packaging to the nearest authorised dealer, together with your invoice. The damaged item will be sent to the workshop for analysis.

The estimated repair time is 4 to 8 weeks.

The price of repairs depends on the extent of the damage and is determined on a case by case basis. ON AURA TOUT VU will submit an estimate for approval before undertaking the repair, in case it exceeds 30€.

The craftsmen of the ON AURA TOUT VU workshop use precision tools and craftsmanship to make each piece. The same care is given to maintenance and repair. You can also send it to us by mail at the address below. The postal charges are at your expense. We will contact you if there are additional costs.

If you have a coupon code to use on our site, you can use it at checkout. Once the contents of your basket have been validated, you will just have to type the code in the text field provided for this purpose and click on the "Apply discount" button. The total price of your basket will be automatically modified according to the percentage of the promotion. You can then make your payment.

If your promo code does not work, it may be that the period for using the code has expired. It could also be that the minimum basket amount needed to apply the promo code has not yet been reached. Please check that the spelling of the code is identical to the one you received, especially for upper and lower case letters.

The promo code is valid only once and cannot be combined with any other code or when the product selected in your basket is already benefiting from a promotion on the site.
